The 2010 ASA Cougars Cheerleading teams are in need of
head coaches and assistant coaches at the Tiny Mite, Mitey Mite

Football & Cheer practices start next week. If you have registered, but
have not heard from your coach, please contact Football@ASACougars.com
or Cheerleading@ASACougars.com.
All paperwork and registration fee has to be turned in before any player or cheerleader can start practicing. This is a Pop Warner rule.
The last equipment day fitting for
tackle football is Sunday, August 1st at Norris Park in Apex from 2pm to 6pm.
This a perfect time to drop off any paperwork you still owe. Do not wait
until the day of you practice to turn it in. This will delay practice
getting started. If you still need equipmert and cannot get it on Sunday,
you will need to contact your coach to schedule a date and time to get fitted.
Still need a physical for Football, Cheerleading or Camp?
Apex Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center is offering $10 sports
physicals in the evenings during the week and also on Saturday's July 10th and
