Dynamic Coaching Winter Season!!

No one is ever too small or too tall to learn the ancient Olympic sport of wrestling! Dynamic Wrestling and ASA Wrestling are partnering to offer youth wrestling lessons. The club is located behind Lufkin Middle School and is open to wrestlers ages 5 and up!

Elementary: $250

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6-7pm

Middle School: $300

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7-8:30pm

Sundays, 3:30-5pm

Requirements:

• Physical in 2012
• Wrestling head gear (available for purchase through ASA)
• Wrestling shoes (available for purchase through ASA)
• Wrestlers with braces (mouth-guard required)

ASA Fall PreSeason Wrestling Currently Underway

High School & Experienced Middle School $300

Tuesdays & Thursdays: Session One 4:30-6pm, Session Two 6:30-8pm

Sunday 3:30-5pm

Elementary & Middle School Novice $125

Sundays 2:00-3:30pm

PreSeason begins Sunday August 12 – PreSeason ends Thursday October 25
